Mandate: Advisory to QFS for the acquisition of a 60% stake in the company Dilmoor SpA, Italian leader in the sector of private label spirits and syrups
Activities performed:
assistance in the analysis of the information about the target company;
assistance in the Due Diligence activity;
assistance in the valuation of the investment;
assistance in the negotiation and definition of the contractual agreements with the counterpart;
coordination of the activities of the other consultants involved in the transaction.
