Mandate: Advisory to Barberini SpA for the acquisition of the Grünenplan, Germany-based Ophthalmic Division from Schott AG, a multinational technology group active in the development and manufacture of special materials, components and systems and in particular in the home appliances, optical, pharmaceutical and renewable energy industries.
Activities performed:
assistance in the analysis of the economic and financial situation of the business;
assistance in the Due Diligence activity;
assistance in the negotiations and definition of the agreement with the counterpart;
coordination of the activities of the other consultants involved in the transaction.
